How do I track my order?
 

Orders can be tracked via the tracking email sent once order is shipped out. Via USPS site. 

 

 

What are your shipping options?
 

 

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days after processing. Orders before 3pm will be processed the same day. Orders after 3pm will be processed next business day. Any holiday orders will be shipped next business day. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.)

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Items can be returned in its original condition with tags attached by repacking item(s) and shipping back to PorsChanel. Shipping fee is not covered by PorsChanel for returns. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Orders are processed through USPS. You can reach USPS by calling (1800)ASK-USPS (1800-275-8777). PorsChanel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. PorsChanel will not replace any lost or stolen packages. If you package is lost or stolen please contact (1800)ASK-USPS for further assistance.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Not currently. 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. PorsChanel will gladly exchange or issue a store credit within 48hours of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition with tags attached. Please notify PorsChanel by phone or email WITHIN 48HOURS before the return. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to PorsChanel. Credit issued will not include original shipping. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us positive.
